Sai Ka Aangan, Gurgaon hosted the 17^th Vasant Utsav at its premises on Sunday, February 10, 2019.The Chief Guest for the event, Dr. C. B. Satpathy ji lighted the ceremonial lamp.

The highlight of the event was the release of the book titled New Findings on Shirdi Sai Baba authored by Dr. Satpathy ji. Shri Rajeev Joshi, CVO, ONGC and Shri S. K. Ghai of Sterling Publishers were at the dais with Dr. Satpathy. The book contains lot of research materials on Shirdi Sai Baba and happenings around him, collected from rare documents collected from national archives, Police records, personal accounts and diaries in different languages. Later, the sixth volume of Shri Guru Bhagavat in Odia, was also released by Dr. Satpathy ji.

Shri AjitKadkade, renowned vocalist from Maharashtra, presented devotional songs followed by an exclusive medley of Kathak, Bharatnatyam and Odishi dance performances by students of Smt. VaniMadhav, Founder Director of ‘Nrityadhara’. An in-house enactment of a short play titled Shri Guru BhagavatkePannoSae, based on Shri Guru Bhagavat and directed by Shri PrakharGautam, Founder of Parindey Storyteller Theatre Group, Gurgaon and organized by Shri PuneetKhanduja of Tamasha Entertainment Production House, Gurgaon, won applause from the spectators.

Dr. Satpathy ji enlightened the assembled guests on the path shown by Sai Baba to knowledge and happiness. All the performing artists were felicitated by Dr. Satpathy ji. Ms. Kumkum Bhatia, Managing Trustee, gave the Vote of Thanks. Smt. JyotsnaRai, former news reader at Doordarshan, was the Master of the Ceremony.
