Sai Sayanhe- A Tribute to Shirdi Sai, Kolkata, India

The Sai Movement pioneered by Dr. C.B. Satpathyji took another leap in history with the launch of the official website of Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy (www.cbsatpathy.com) on the 3rd of November, 2016. The event was hosted at Sai Ka Aangan, Gurgaon, by Shirdi Sai Global Foundation in association with Trusts of various Sai Temples established under the guidance of Dr. Satpathy. General (retd.) Vijay Kumar Singh, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Shri Suresh Kashinath Haware, Chairman of Shri Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi graced the momentous occasion. Dr. Satpathy addressed the learned gathering in Bengali language. He explained the concept of Guru i.e (Guru Tattwa), which is the basic theme of Shri Guru Bhagawat and emphasized upon the need to understand the true nature of a Sadguru. Speaking about Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Shri Shirdi Sai Baba, he specifically underlined how both of them had been Spiritual Rebels of their times and how they did away with the existing social rigidity in terms of caste, creed or even methods of worship. Dr Satpathy also mentioned that Guru Puja is like Matri Puja, where it is the bhava (devotional emotion) that matters and not the process.
